This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which users may cancel their subscriptions or request refunds when using the services of Kongu Dheeran Matrimony (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We encourage users to review this policy carefully before purchasing a membership or subscription plan.

1. Membership Cancellation

Users may cancel their membership at any time by following these steps:

  • Log in to your Kongu Dheeran Matrimony account.

  • Navigate to the Subscription Settings or Account Settings section.

  • Click on Cancel Membership and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

Important Notes:

  • Cancelling a membership will not result in an automatic refund.

  • Users will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the subscription period.

  • Once a membership is canceled, it will not auto-renew.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only under specific circumstances, as outlined below:

Company-Initiated Cancellation

If Kongu Dheeran Matrimony cancels a user’s registration due to false details provided in the profile, a refund will be initiated after verification. This applies in cases where users provide misleading or incorrect information about their identity, marital status, or any other crucial details.

To request a refund, users must contact our support team at support@kongudheeranmanamalai.com with the following details:

  • Registered email ID

  • Payment transaction details

  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review the request and respond within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds for payments made via credit/debit card or net banking will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

  • Refunds for payments made via UPI or digital wallets may take 5-10 business days to reflect in the account.

We will notify you via email once the refund has been successfully processed.

4. No Refunds for Used Services

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

  • The user has already used premium services (such as viewing contact details or messaging other members).

  • The membership was canceled voluntarily after availing of premium benefits.

  • The user was removed from the platform due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Auto-Renewal and Subscription Management

  • Certain membership plans may be set to auto-renew. Users can disable auto-renewal from their account settings at any time.

  • If an auto-renewal payment has already been deducted, the refund policy will apply as per the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe that your refund request was unfairly denied, you can escalate the matter by writing to support@kongudheeranmanamalai.com. Our higher management will review the dispute and provide a resolution within 7 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and users will be notified of significant updates.
